Wild Idol hosted the first in a series of private dining experiences at its exclusive London bar, bringing together 45 Park Lane chef Elliott Grover and a small group of invited guests for an evening defined by food, balance and atmosphere.
Grover created a four-course menu to pair with Wild Idol’s naturally alcohol-free sparkling, designed to reflect the same level of precision and consideration.
Wild Idol Sparkling White Vintage 2025 was beautifully paired with the starter, Dorset Crab & Lobster ‘Louis’ with avocado, cucumber, and horseradish panna cotta, while Wild Idol Sparkling Rosé Vintage 2024 complemented the dessert, an Eton Mess with mixed berries and crème fraîche.
Now the Culinary and Food & Beverage Operations Director at 45 Park Lane, Grover has built an international reputation, including cooking at the Governors Ball in Los Angeles alongside Wolfgang Puck, and appearing regularly on Sky TV, ITV’s This Morning and the BBC’s Saturday Kitchen, as well as Cooking with the Stars.
