Dorian Restaurant has created a new seasonal cocktail celebrating the distinctive flavours of early autumn.
Introducing the Fig Leaf 75 – an aromatic take on the classic French 75, created by Emma Hassell-Green, Bar Manager at Dorian.
Fig leaf, fresh lemon juice, citrus oleo and elderflower syrup come together to create a serve that is fresh, fragrant and beautifully balanced.
Wild Idol Sparkling White completes the cocktail, with delicate bubbles and elegant acidity bringing brightness and lift to the botanical flavours.
The result is fresh yet complex, with Wild Idol giving a refined alcohol-free twist to a timeless classic.
The Fig Leaf 75 is now available on the cocktail menu at Dorian Restaurant.
