Wild Idol Launches Wild Gatherings

An Exclusive Dining Experience with Michelin-Starred Chef Alex Dilling.

Wild Idol, the premium naturally alcohol-free sparkling alternative, is proud to unveil Wild Gatherings — a new dining series celebrating gastronomy, wellbeing, and the art of modern celebration without compromise.

For its inaugural event, Wild Idol is partnering with two Michelin-starred chef Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal, where guests will enjoy an elegant four-course seasonal menu, including his signature Hunter’s Chicken. Each course has been thoughtfully paired with Wild Idol Sparkling White vintage 2025 and Rosé vintage 2024, showcasing the finesse, balance, and versatility of these exceptional alcohol-free cuvées.

Alex Dilling comments: "We are delighted to partner with Wild Idol for the launch of the Wild Gatherings series. The finesse and balance of both the Sparkling White and Rosé make them exceptionally versatile with fine dining, allowing us to create an experience that is indulgent, celebratory, and exquisitely refined, all without alcohol."

Taking place ahead of International Women’s Day, the evening will be hosted by Paul Beavis, CEO of Wild Idol, who will guide guests through each pairing. The event will also feature an inspiring talk from Kate Woolhouse, CEO of Hooke Mayfair, exploring how wellness, longevity, and positive lifestyle choices can be seamlessly integrated into modern living.

This intimate launch event marks the beginning of a new chapter in refined, alcohol-free celebration.
