TASTING NOTES

Rosé
Expect elegant floral aromas, abundant red fruit and crisp green apple flavours, zesty hints of gooseberry, rhubarb and grapefruit –before a long and lively finish, rich with hints of vanilla and toasted almond.

White
Opening with bright lime zest and a burst of crisp apple, developing elegantly into perfumed garden notes of jasmine and orange blossom, giving way to a generous finish of fresh green notes.

HOW IT'S MADE

We select the finest quality grapes and create a balanced aromatic blend from their juices. Our grapes are harvested and pressed in the same careful manner as in winemaking. The natural juice is then chilled for up to 12 months, ensuring the juice doesn’t ferment.
