This September, something brand new is coming to Lord’s when the world-famous cricket ground is turning its attention away from the Ashes and The Hundred to hold an exciting new food festival - The Home of Food.

The Home of Food Festival on the 9th and 10th September 2023 is the first of its kind at Lord’s and will be headlined by Michelin-starred chef Tommy Banks. Over the weekend the festival will host an incredible line-up of all-star chefs cooking Michelin-starred street food at pop-ups across this iconic sporting venue, and Wild Idol will be there serving up award winning non alcoholic wine during this exciting culinary adventure.

In addition to the pop-up restaurants, The Home of Food has everything for food and cricket fans alike, including chef demonstrations and special events, drinks masterclasses, artisan stalls from local and boutique retailers, and free family friendly activities such as interactive cooking classes and cricket taster sessions for kids.

Head to the Wild Idol pop-up bar or find us at the Tommy Banks dinner and toast to end of summer highs, with none of the lows. For added sparkle, The Home of Food is offering friends of Wild Idol reduced tickets at £20pp (regular price £45) using the discount code below.
