Made by the esteemed British producer Balfour Winery, this feels like a luxury product. There’s the proper champagne-style bottle, the straw colour, the frothy mouthfeel, the complexity. It’s the closest to real champagne I tasted and is served at top London restaurants such as the Dorchester.
